John returned my call very quickly. Set appt and he then called when he was on the way. He and his partner packed the junk into his truck quickly and efficiently He cleaned up the area where the junk was located and made sure that he did not miss anything. Very happy with the service. Will not hesitate to use his services again..

I was unable to use the big deal due to the company not being able to service my area. The gentleman I spoke to was very responsive and diligent about responding to me. He was polite and professional.

WE WERE ADVISED IN ADVANCE OF HIS ARRIVAL TIME. HE ARRIVED ON SCHEDULE AND IMMEDIATELY WENT TO WORK REMOVING OUR OLD ITEMS. THEY WASTED NO TIME AND HAD THE CLEAN-UP DONE IN A REA IVELY SHORT AMUNT OF TIME. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL.

John came out the day after we called him. He brought one worker with him and they had everything torn down and hauled away in less than two hours. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He called us when he was on the way to our house to let us know exactly when they would arrive. I would definitely recommend John and his company and will use him again should the need arise.

He was there within thirty minutes of my call. He took just about everything from my house – everything except chemicals like old paint, but I knew that going into the service. It went great!

Provider contacted me soon after I paid Angies's List for his services. He contacted me several times and completed job ahead of schedule.

John contacted me right after I signed up for the deal, made a date to perform the service and showed up and performed service a lot quicker that I thought it would take. Good clean up after words. Would recommend to anyone wanted or needing these services

John was professional ,flexible, hard working, fast, and reasonably priced. I needed the job done quickly and he was at the house working within an hour! I found more things needed to be done than we originally discussed. He cheerfully accommodated my add ons. I couldn't be more pleased.

Everything went perfect. I called early in the morning and needed same day pickup. Got exactly what I needed at the promised time. Didn't have to waste the whole day waiting around.

It went so well. There were Tons of debris and old junk. He brought a helper. They worked all day until dark. They worked so HARD. His help were so nice too. It was nice because we had so much stuff. Twenty years of junk trash from a hoarder. I would recommend him to anyone. He was really great. I think he took over eight loads of stuff to the junkyard. This was a giant truck filled to the top with trash.

He responded within a few hours of my call. Very professional. Very honest. Would definitely hire him again.

Called on a Tuesday evening and he was able to schedule for Thu am. Needed to call him mid-morning to clarify time as I had carpet cleaning coming at 11:30am. He and his helper arrived and removed 7' diameter porch seating from the upper deck. 5 bookcases, 6 big boxes of books, loveseat, 3 occasional chairs, ottoman and some odds and ends within 35 min. He was friendly and efficient. Removed bulky/heavy items without complaint.

He was prompt - responsive - negotiable - friendy - professional - fast.

John is great to work with. He does each job quickly and completely. He's easy to contact, gives a free estimate, and will come out within a day or two (if not sooner). John's prices are fair and he always seems to have a smile on his face. I will use his services whenever necessary.

I noticed I had not used a couple of coupons on the last day they were valid. I decided to call John to see if he would make an appointment at least. He answered his phone right away I described my situation and he made an appointment to come over that afternoon. He arrived in his truck with his helper, and saw what I needed hauled and took it right then and there. John was pleasant and polite and efficient. I will definitely use him again.

Not sure that I can really give a fair review here as I was unable to use his services. I don't know if this is a problem with Angie's List or if the business has not sufficiently described their parameters. I signed up for a $99 Deal for Trash Hauling and went to his website which indicates he serves "Southern California." Since that's where I live and this was an Angie's List "Deal" that was sent to my email box, I figured we were good to go. However, after I purchased the deal and I called to schedule the pick-up, I was told that the deal was not offered in my area, that I lived too far away. He could still do the job, but the price was more than doubled because of where I lived. I had no trouble getting the refund for the deal, but it was a hassle and I had to go about finding and scheduling another service.

I called John to haul away some junk that was collecting on the side of the house. He arrived within an hour. Took care of the junk quickly and was very pleasant. I would use his service again.

I called John's Clean-Up and Haul and he answered. He came to my house the same day an hour later. John was extremely professional and nice and hauled away the items we discussed over the phone plus 4 more items that I sprung on him. We agreed on a new price that was so reasonable. It only took about 15 min. and the job was completed. He works very quickly. I would recommend John's services to everyone I know and I will definitely use him again!!

These guys were simply great. They are friendly and smart and didn't mind crawling under my house to retrieve old junk, much of which was lumber. They were ok with me asking to put back some of the valuable lumber. I will definately use them again. Its not often I get this kind of great service.
