carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThe intial service seemed okay but when the carpet began to dry, I noticed white spots on the middle of each stair. I contacted Justine and expressed my disappointment and said I would most likely go on-line to review the company and express my disappointment. She said it was a family-owned business and asked for a chance to remedy the problem. I even sent her pictures of the stairs and she commented that maybe the hand-tool leaked and it might be excessive detergent. The company did return TWO more times and the problem improved but there was one section of the steps that still had the white spot. When I called again, I was put on hold, disconnected and then called again. This time the husband answered and completely went off on me about how the carpet was so nasty, probably was some type of pet stain, they only came back because of my threat to post on-line.....he was really hostile so I said I think this is over, He said "oh no it isn't"...I just hung up. I really didn't expect all this drama from this company. My realtor commented that her guy would have done all of it for $80.00. I really can't recommend this company.
Description of Work: I wanted a same day service and this was the provider that came up on Google search. I spoke with Justine and she gave a fair quote for traffic areas and stairs. When the technician came and reviewed my needs, he offered 3 quotes;$400, $280 and $160.00---very bait-and-switch. I was under a time crunch since I was listing the property for sale so I went ahead and agreed to the $280.00----yeah really.
