DISH Network LLC

Representative of Dish called to resolve the problem on 3/18. I had just discovered that Dish had electronically returned my refund on Feb. 14th. They did not notifiy me of the return, I discovered the refund in my account while balancing the account in mid-March. The representative apologized for my inconvenience and said the electronic refunds were new and apparently the process could use some improvement. In any case, the refund was at least 20 days late.

Dish Network LLC is good. They respond quickly if I do need them. I will continue using them.

I am not too happy because they keep increasing rates. They give us more stations to watch but none of them appeal to us. We use the signal when it rains. The price and quality are not up to par. I am going to be changing companies in the near future.

They were a good provider. The service was fine; it was just the price that was too high. I was a customer of theirs for 8 years, and I tried to upgrade. It was going to cost me more money, so I decided to look for someone else.

My husband hated it. One of the bad things was that we kept losing our satellite feed even when there wasn't a storm. We had service issues. My husband was disgusted with their programming. The pricing wasn't too bad. It was poor customer satisfaction. They were responsive. We told the guy that installed the dish where we wanted it and he put it somewhere else. The company ended up having to move it because dishes seem to get caught by snow and there was no way that we could physically get the snow off ourselves. We asked the company to come and move it to where we can reach it to get the snow off.

We spent over a $100 a month for that service. We had a problem with them because we had not used their service for probably a couple of months. We had the other satellite TV Company and no longer had them, but we were still billing us and when we tried to get that straightened out they were not very nice about it. We cancelled service with them and did not have a contract with them. The issue did not get resolved and we ended up having to pay for service we did not have. The price was about the same as the other, we think they are all expensive.

We have been using them for five and a half years. I have no problems. There is no cable offered where I live, and Dish is the only one that offers my local channels. The only time I have problems is due to weather.

I have outage issues when it rains. I can never get the channel I want when I turn my television on.

They give us all the movie channels and everything. So far the experience with them has been really good. We switched to this provider because the previous provider kept raising their prices, and they were dropping the channels that we liked. They were just too expensive and had too many outages. We were with them for nine or ten years, and couldn't even get a DVR. Dish offers new customers DVR's and all this and that. It seems that new customers get the perks, and the old customers get the shaft. We have been very happy with them, and I have recommended them to friends.

I don't have any other Satellite TV to compare Dish to, but I'm pretty satisfied. I've had a few problems with the reliability of the signal. Dish has tried to repair the problems, but I am still having some issues. Given that, I plan to continue using Dish.

We have been using them for probably 10 years. Our experience with them has been pretty good. We have never had any issues with them. That's why we've been using them for so long.

I will continue to use this service.

We use Dish for cable basically because they are the only choice. The service is generally good, and we are going to continue with them.
