The estimate was for my Mom's house. The Design Air rep arrived late and didn't seem to do a very professional job in checking out the home and providing the estimate. He chose a bad site for the compressor (right next to the patio where they like to relax outside), didn't check out the attic or furnace. He didn't provide enough information on what he was bidding, and left my Mom confused and very unimpressed. Fortunately we contacted a couple of other companies, and got much more professional handling and better bids elsewhere.

Initially Paul (the owner) came out to give us an estimate. He had been recommended by friends and we immediately knew why. He was very professional, honest, and explained everything that was to be done. .His price was also very reasonable. We had taken bids from several other companies, so we could make intelligent comparisons. He also did not engage in the game of putting other companies down as one of the other companies had done. On the day of the install he and his crew arrived on time, all of them were professional, courteous, and knew exactly what they were doing. They also did not hesitate to answer any of my questions about what they were doing. Within a few hours the system was installed, operating, and everything cleaned up. Then they took the time to walk me through the operation of the new system and told me to call if I had any problems/concerns and they would take care of them . I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new system or simply needing repair work on their existing one!!!

Paul (the owner of the company) was involved with the work from the beginning bid to the final installation. .He (and all of his employees) were extremely professional and honest. He did not "put down" other companies who we were considering, and gave us a fair price for the work we wanted done. This company had been recommended to us by friends and now after our very positive experience with them; I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing repairs on an existing system or purchasing a new one.

It went great!! Paul and his team are awesome! We went thru the HERO Financing offered by Riverside County to take advantage of current tax credits.

Another air conditioning contractor, who we used for years, stated a new compressor was needed for our 10 year old system. We called Design Air for 2nd opinion. They correctly diagnosed problem and replaced less expensive parts that were the problem, including electrical issue. We have used 3 times in last year on home and rentals. Very satisfied and recommend Design Air highly.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE CAME OUT BEFORE TO FIX MY AIR CONDITIONER. THEY ARE VERY QUICK AND VERY REASONABLE IN PRICE. I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS.
