We offer service to all makes and models of a/c units and heating units. We service, residential and commercial properties. We also offer maintenance service contracts.
We did not like their service at all. They took over 3 months to do the job. They sent workers out who did not know what to do. We asked them to come out and fix the problems, and the owner threatened my husband and the apprentice said unprofessional things as well. He even tried to make us pay the full bill. His pricing were outrageous. I would not recommend them, not even to people I don't like!
Description of Work: We were having some air conditioning updated and duct work done in one room. It was redirecting and adding ducts. They put the wrong fitting in on the wrong duct line and there were leaks in the work they did.

I do need to respond to this customers negative remakes towards us. The customer did not mention that they did not call the original contractor who installed the new HVAC system that had some airflow issues with. I am sorry he felt he had to assign the original airflow problems as our fault. I would like to quote some of the invoice that was given to the customer, " No bypass damper was installed, customer asked us to leave( in the middle of our job) due to company coming over. Tech needs to come back and install damper to push more air into new room. Customer has concerns with air leaks, duct supports. Some of these issues are from previous HVAC contractor. Tech showed up to take care of concerns but was not permitted to work. Customer insisted that the owner only do the repairs. Customer requested tech to leave." Again, this was all quoted and verbally spoken to the customer. We did a lot of work re-routing and installing and modifying gas lines and extending wires, etc... there were issues with the original new installation, not performed by our company. Customer had some strong choice words with the tech that came out to finish job. Owner of the company arrived to find the homeowner verbally hostile towards his employee and himself. This was an unfortunate and misrepresented negative mark against our company. We definitely do not want any unsatisfied customers and hope this customer will get things resolved with the next company they hire.
