Well, tech was efficient and knowledgeable. Had to deal with an upsell which I was not willing to do. Total Cost tuneup and new wall mount controller. $150

This project went great. RR staff are always clean, professional, friendly, and helpful. They did excellent work removing my old system and installing the new one. They helped me understand the work that was being done, and all of their paperwork is taken care of easily on an iPad. I would absolutely hire them again.

The workers were polite, wore masks and shoe coverings. They always explained what they were doing.

Everything was checked and completed.

This company was perfect--professional crews; really experts. They are flexible in that their people are electricians AND HVAC technicians. There is no time lost because they combine these disciplines. Fair pricing also! Good people; we will hire them again absolutely.

Issue seems to be resolved. RR Electric's service and work are excellent. Their work ethic and willingness to address any issues their customers have are superior.

Excellent. In and out. Very clean. Obviously very knowledgeable! Identified the issue and offered a solution that was approved and immediately put into effect.

They wanted to charge me $70. just to come out and give a quote I said and never heard back from them.

Not well. They basically sold me on half the work, without explaining the main problems that were going on. Technician was cool, spoke to me like a total bro, we spoke the same language. But he ended up leaving without putting the blower cover back on and we couldn't get the AC up and working again until after over an hour of calling the company to get him to call back and let us know what we needed to do to restart the AC. Which was his mistake. This was on a particularly hot day and we spend most of that day with an unbearably hot living room and 3 bedrooms, and ever member of the family huddled in my room, because I was the only one with a mini split system that was more than capable of cooling my space. Anyways, just that slip up, the lack of detail. The incomplete explanation of services that would be needed prior to a fully complete system. I give this company a B at most. They did have interesting financing deals, but at the same time......meh.

Work went well. The price was a bit high for an old man, but otherwise very satisfied.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. COMPLETED THE WORK IN THE TIME AND AT THE PRICE QUOTED. THEY CLEANED UP BEHIND THEMSELVES!

Service was beyond expectations. Investigation was thorough and completed in a timely fashion. Technicians gave great care of protecting my home from their equipment and even their shoes. Recommendation options were provided for possible improvements to optimize my systems and made me aware that they have a menu of financing options should I want to go down that route. They weren't trying to make a sale as much as providing me their expertise explained in a fashion I could understand so I could make an informed choice. I have used them multiple times and have complete trust in their integrity, their attention to customer service, their skillset and know that my home is in better condition having worked with them then it was before I did. What had been poor experiences were with other well known companies in the past, was turned around by the technicians and customer support staff at RR!!!
