Description of Work: Well I messaged to get price on how much it will cost to have a standard ceiling fixture replaced. Rita, seemed very cold through messaging and a robot via telephone stated it is going cost $70 to come put to get me a price. LOL I have never heard of a company charging someone to tell you how much it will cost to repair something. Needless to say I went somewhere else with a better customer service and not in the business to rip people off

Description of Work: The RR team rewired the house and put in a new intake for heating and air conditioning. The whole crew was very professional and arrived on time each day, and always left the house clean at the end of each day. I felt the price was fair, and the work done was very good. I would not hesitate to use Richard and his company for any future needs.

Description of Work: Installed lighting but after they left lights started blinking. Called them back twice and they could not find reason. More interested in selling me on adding a whole house capacitor and rewiring my box than fixing the problem. Turns out it was a worn out jack in the garage.
