RR Electric Heating & Air

Replaced my gas furnace and air conditioner with a heat pump. The only company I contacted who did a thorough analysis of my home and electrical system to determine exactly what I needed. Side note: I requested this service because my furnace quit working. The technician who came out to evaluate my home repaired the furnace for free while doing his analysis. I still bought the heat pump, but this company definitely did not simply try to just sell me one.

They seems like they do pretty decent work but what I was really uncomfortable with was the very aggressive and manipulative sales tactics. I was just looking for a simple service and they ended up trying to sell me on a very expensive project and even made me talk to their sales representative simply to try and convince me to purchase their project package. What also sucks is they did a half ass job at the actually job they were supposed to do and almost forgot to do a simple task when they were leaving

RR Electric replaced my AC unit and my furnace and installed an upgraded electric panel. Everyone from the guy who came out to give me the estimate and explain everything in detail, to the team that installed the AC unit and the furnace, to the team that installed the new electric panel, to the team that patched up and painted the stucco, to the guy who came out and tested the system after all the work was completed, to the people in RR Electricâ s office were ALL fantastic. The communication was great. I would highly highly recommend them.

I couldn't give them a 5 star yet because they are going to come back in the fall when it cools down to replace the ducting, so not done yet. So far so good though, I'm thinking maybe I don't need new ducting!!!
