RR Electric Heating & Air

This was/is a big project--rewiring the kitchen, family room, and garage in a 60-YO house to bring it up to current codes. From the office to the electricians and their helpers, everyone was extremely professional, good about communicating, and able to handle every issue and concern with ease, keeping to both the budge and the timeline. I would not hesitate to call them again for other electrical projects.

They were on time; they gave me a lot of options; they put down drop cloths and there wasn't a hint of dust anywhere when they left. The products are excellent quality. The office person followed up when she knew they would be arriving earlier than scheduled to make sure that was ok. An altogether excellent experience.

They were professional, punctual, cleaned up everyday, very polite, answered the phone and they make us feel important.

Checking afterwards I believe that the cost quoted and amount charged seemed to be expensive for the actually work done.

This is the second time we have used him, Richard and his employees have always been professional, he works by the book with licensing and being up to code, he does thorough work. He works to the best of his ability. They are very detailed and absolutely amazing.

They were awesome, on time, and extremely clean. They wore protective equipment to protect my light colored carpet and cleaned up every day.
