They came quickly & receptionist Charlene was professional. Service tech (I believe his name was Dan or David), came & serviced both central AC units. There were some conflicts about charges & what their service agreements cover or don’t that he called the owner about that could’ve gone either way, but in the end they did good business & I signed up for their annual service plans - which was basically the same price as the one service call would’ve been... but gives us a winter tune up as well. Thankfully they honored. They gave estimates for additional jobs which were about 2x what they should’ve been... so we didn’t hire for anything else.

Our technician name was Hector Rivera. He is very polite, helpful, answered all my questions, and diagnosed the problem correctly!

Tech was here on time, protected our wood floor with paper booties on his feet, completed the work timely and did it correctly the first time.

I found them to be professional, competent, respectful and courteous. They arrived promptly and at the arranged time. The two electricians that came worked hard, from 8:00 A.M. till 8:00 P.M. (12 hours straight), and installed a new air conditioner in one day, when others had said they would need two days. One minor commitment in the contract that not been completed the first day - we texted them about it. Within a couple of hours someone came by and took care of that as well. Very thorough service, and willing to negotiate the price to our comfort level.

I have now used our RR Electric on two separate occasions and I m so pleased with the work they ve done for me! The first job was installing six chandeliers and they did an amazing job and left the place spotless! This time we had electrical outlets put in and a couple fixed and the level of detail is impressive! Your home will be left cleaner than when they got here and the work will be done perfectly!!!
