+ -1 moreIt went beautifully. Mike is a very competent roofer who we have known over 30 years. His initial roofing is holding up extremely well. He is efficient, skillful, careful with all that he does. His arrival was as planned. He uses the finest materials, and his honesty exceptional.

+ -1 moreMike repaired the suspected leak during his first trip for which he charged $100. I will wait until the next rainy season to know if Mike was right. I would consider using Mike's services again based on this experience.
Description of Work: On 8/12/14 I contacted Mike regarding a tile roof leak and requested an estimate. Mike came one hour later, performed a brief inspection and said that he was 98% certain that he found the suspected source of the leak. He then proceeded to repair the suspected leak negotiated a price and left shortly after.

+ -1 moreWe have known Mike since the 1980's. He replaced all the roofing materials on all of our buildings after a destructive wind storm. After all of this time we have had him here on other minor problems. Yesterday, after a rain here in dry So. Calif we had some leaks in the house. He came over after a long day of roofing. Located the dried seals around the skylights, loose shingles, did an entire inspection. His charges were minimal, the work done neatly, quickly and with great joy. He is such a pleasant man, always responsive, and punctual. His son is working with him. Wonderful that he is a grandfather of three. A pleasure to have this wonderful craftman in our lives.
Description of Work: In the midst of rain, came over at the end of his day, repaired roof leaks.
