Description of Work: Company rep promises great cleaning "top to bottom, side to side" with 2 to 3 person crews. First visit was good, but it did cost triple the cost unless you sign a 6 month to 1 year contract beforehand. I used them for a few months until it became clear I would not get the cleaning I signed up for and it cost me nearly $400 to get out of the contract. The following visits are 1 person and time controlled, so they can't possibly complete the job. Also the cleaning products are watered down to save on their overhead. My worker said all of this was standard procedure after I complained to the rep. and heard excuse after excuse - that someone called in sick, & they would use my products if I didn't like the ineffectiveness of theirs. My lady worked as hard as ever trying to get the job done but it wasn't possible given the time limit. I promised I would not tell on her to her bosses, so now that it's been a few months and she has left. People should beware how the company operates.

Description of Work: I use this company about twice a year for cleaning, dusting, folding laundry, cleaning floors, etc. I've used them for years and they show up on time, and do the work I asked for. I'm very happy with them.
