+ -1 moreKT Klima Construction is absolutely terrible! This is a company that promises the world, under delivers and leaves you with a mess that you have to hire other contractors to fix, redo or complete the job. Kevin, is extremely unprofessional and does not manage his crews or the job. He was a month late on finish date and finally he abandoned my job to go to a job where there was a bigger financial gain. I have had to hire all new contractors to finish his terrible workmanship and finish the job. All of my new contractors asked who did this terrible work?!?! Its absolutely horrible. I keep uncovering more... Thankfully, I have recently found the most amazing contractors and my home now looks amazing!!! Do yourself a favor Do NOT hire KT Klima! All I have to say is Kharma, a great lawyer and Contractors Board will get these type of people.
Description of Work: -remodel, paint-exterior/interior, install windows, install lighting, install sinks, fixtures, electrical, built an entertainment unit, crown molding

+ 0 moreKevin and KT Klima was the worst experience, I have ever had with any contractor working on my home. I hugely regreat hiring this company! My house looks terrible!! He promises the world and doesnt deliver. He doesnt supervise his crews or actively watch the job, so the work is shoddy at best. He installed cabinets that were crooked, not hung properly, his painter got overspray all over my hardwood floors, windows-painting 101...need I go on!!! Its frustrating when you have to walk with the contractor and point out the most obvious things that arent completed and done correctly. Isnt that why you hire a general?!?!? We had a target deadline that kept extending for weeks because either he didnt have a crew at my home working when promised, didnt care or things had to be re-done time and time again because they were not up to industry standards. I gave him 4 weeks of extra time to complete the job and fix all wrong and at the last walk, he walked off the job. Now, I am stuck cleaning up his mess, repairing his work and finding a new contractor. I have already had a few contractors come bid the" fix" and they are shocked as well! Huge Regret!!!

+ 8 moreHe one of the most honest people that we have ever worked with. He even saved our dog from drowning in the pool a few years back. We trust him so much that we gave him a key and our security code. His work is outstanding and he is very reliable.
Description of Work: Kevin has remodel every inch of our house from 2000 to present. Our house was a 60's style house that had no remodeling done ever. It would take hours to tell everything. He can do anything from kitchens to crown molding. He was the major contractor on our back yard redo. He hired the brick layers (15,000 bricks), built our patio cover and deck. He also built our outdoor kitchen.

Description of Work: .He helped us find someone to put granite in our bathroom and bathroom. He was our contractor for the work. He also helped us open a wall in our closet. He also found a leak in our roof and referred us to a roof guy and had him fix the roof.
