+ -1 moreJON IS AN ARCHITECT AND CONTRACTOR WHO IS EXCELLENT AT CONCEIVING THE DESIGN, OBTAINING PERMITS, AND MANAGING THE JOB. HE FOUND MANY WAYS FOR US TO SAVE MONEY, AND ALSO WORKED WITH US TO SOLVE SOME STRUCTURAL PROBLEMS AND ENSURE OUR NEW CONSTRUCTION WAS PERMITTED AND BUILT TO CODE.
Description of Work: DEMOLISHED EXISTING METAL CARPORT, INSTALL NEW STRUCTURAL BEAMS AND SUPPORTS, TIED INTO EXISTING PATIO, CONSTRUCTED NEW WOOD CARPORT.
