I'm very sorry that this person was unable to reach us. We have very strict policies on returning phone calls. Our phones are answered by a professional answering service anytime we are out of the office, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. We keep very accurate call logs that we can easily refer back to when need be. We return every call every business day regardless of what it is. Even calls by solicitors or customers that are out of our service area. I tried to find this person in the call logs and could not. I guess the answering service may have goofed. We've actually had a few times where folks were confused as to which company they called. But the only way we can stay in business is to return calls so we can set up appointments. I can't honestly say what happened here, but we certainly hate to loose any customer, but especially an Angie's List customer. Unfortunately this person did not include a phone number that I could reach them on.
