Dave did excellent work. He installed Hardee siding and enclosed the roof soffits. He did a great job!

Overall experience and ideas were good.

The deck construction exceeded the original design and expectations. The original cost was exceeded due to required changes which were out of DP Constructions control. The changes were managed efficiently at reasonable costs.

Initial response was quick. On schedule. Kept to estimate price and the finished product looked GREAT. Very professional.

DP Construction did the job we planned, with a few hiccups and bad weather, it still all got done and then some. We are very happy with the work that was done by Dave and his crew, and would definitely call him for future projects. Dave had some great ideas and solved problems we were not aware of, like a leaking water heater that caused a great deal of mold. This group is a hard working team and it shows.

Great workmanship. Things that might improve on service- submit a written bid (not just over the telephone) & seal inside of windows but overall, a good job.
