Description of Work: Ants had invaded the second floor on my home and none of the normal remedies got rid of them. I call Cragoe and they showed up that afternoon. They checked out the problem and then called me to get approval for the estimate before proceeding. They were pleasant, professional and did a good job. Also, the office personnel are terrific to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: They sprayed my property for spiders etc. The first time went very well. The 2nd time a different person came out & did a terrible job. He did not sweep down cob webs & I am not sure even sprayed the entire perimeter of the property as I wasn't there watching his every move. I called the company back & they did send someone back out to finish the first job. I probably will NOT use Cragoe again.

Description of Work: Cragoe Pest Services has been providing pest control for my home and business for over 10 years. They are very reliable and reasonable and I would highly recommend them. The service men are extremely friendly and helpful when I have questions. They go over and above the call of duty. I now have no crickets and ants in my home. When I first moved in I have a whole host of pesty critters crawling all over...now my wife and I live in peace...thanks to Cragoe Pest Services.

Description of Work: I called Cragoe in a panic over a rodent issue thatwe could not figure out. Miguel came over, and thoroughly examined the property inside and out, educated me, set some new traps and was just generally a calming force in a yucky situation. He was there for almost an hour, answered every question, and would not accept any money as he said his service was a "consultation". He simply said, that should we not catch the rat over the weekend, that he hoped we would consider using Cragoe for their services. He didn't try to sell me on anything..much differerent from the LARGE name company who wouldn't do ANYTHING unles we signed a contract!! This company is a class act...they obviously treat their employees well as he had been there 12 of the 15 years they have been in business. I would wholeheartedly recommend Cragoe, and will ABSOLUTELY be using them in the future!

We decided to wait for a while to see if we had eliminated the problem. Everything was fine. They charge us monthly.

+ -1 moreI had gotten bitten by one too many spiders in my treetop house. I did not want toxic pesticides used to clear the spiders surrounding the house, however, for environmental reasons and for the fact of having a few pets. Cragoe had the Rosemary and Peppermint option possible. Cragoe scheduled to come out within a couple days of being called and were willing to work with my schedule. Unfortunately there was a hold-up in my reaching the house when they arrived. I was still able to convince them to do the spider treatment surrounding the house and in the cellar. They were totally willing to do and leave the bill. Their treatment was very effective - and even also eliminated some other awful-looking insects that I didn't even realize existed at the property! The treatment has still held fairly effectively even months later. I would most definitely use Cragoe again.

+ -1 moreThey were great. The pest control guy who came out was really nice and everybody that I talked to over the phone was really nice. I told him that I really didn?t like the idea of spraying inside the house. So he agreed and said that he would first start with spraying outside. He was reasonably priced. He was perfect and listened to my needs. They were very responsive since they came on the next day itself. They came on time as well. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I was actually running late getting home and they had no problem waiting for me. I actually was asking them to do more work, and they were very honest and discouraged me for having the excessive work done. I was very impressed by their honesty.

For many years we had the same service person (Mario Morales) and he always did a fantastic job. Now we have other service people from Cragoe maintaining our yard, but they are also very reliable and keep any gophers problems under control.
Description of Work: The cost is their monthly fee. We have been using Cragoe since June 2003 to control gophers at our home in Pasadena, CA. They come by monthly and treat our property as needed if they see evidence of gophers. They will make a special trip within a few days if we call them because we see evidence of gophers at other times during the month (this is rare).

+ -1 moreTHEY'RE VERY RESPONSIVE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. WHEN YOU CALL AND HAVE A PROBLEM, THEY'RE RIGHT THERE TO TAKE CARE OF IT. WE'VE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS, AND I'D RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND VERY RESPONSIVE.
