This was a service call, one wishes they could have with every repair company! When I called for appt. it was very easy and service was provided the next day. The technician arrived and asked several routine questions, before checking the unit out. He was extremely knowledgable and took the time to explain how the unit operates. He found a small wire had shorted and disconnected from the unit. He fixed the wire in about five minutes and because he was not there that long, he would charge me for the service call and would apply it to any future services needing parts. After I asked him several questions about my a/c unit, I decided I wanted to replace the part that had shorted out the wire. He assured me that, even if it happened again, the unit was safe. But I felt better when he replaced it for me. I am still raving about my experience with AC911 to all my friends.

He went above and beyond. Our air conditioner was not working properly. He went up on the roof and was here for an hour. No one had ever gone up there to clean it. He really did a great job. I would highly recommend him.

What can I say about Oze and AC911 that hasn?t been said already? They were always available and always on time. I called AC911 to ask about moving my AC unit from one part of my backyard to the other. Oze called me back that day, and we immediately began emailing each other to try and estimated the cost of the move. Oze was able to estimate the job right from the photos in my email! When Oze finally came out, he moved the unit super quickly without any problems. I even signed up for the yearly maintenance plan because I was so impressed with the service. Subsequent to the work being completed, we started to smell a funny odor when the AC was turned on. Oze was available and came over right away (on a Friday night !) Turns out the odor was not even coming from the unit, (We still don?t know where it?s coming from but that?s another story.) We also had an issue with the unit shutting off prematurely after we added some frion and again, AC911 came right away to fix the problems. Great service and very professional. I definitely recommend them!

I don’t want to disclose how much I spent. They were very courteous and polite. They are somebody whom I would use again. I haven’t compared their prices to anyone else. They were successful in what they did. They were on time. I will use their services again in the future.

I don't recall the price but it was reasonable. They repaired a broken AC in a rental property of mine, and did so within 48hrs of my first call to them. I was out of the state at the time, and they faxed me an estimate and receipt. My tenant was very pleased with the service.

I called Oze for an estimate to change out our line. He was very detailed on the phone, asking many questions to facilitate an accurate answer for us. After getting a few other bids, Oze was by far and away the most reasonable--in addition to generating the most confidence on the phone. Not a hard-sell guy. Very natural and professional. He came as scheduled, replacing and welding the metal line and filling our unit with coolant. We would definitely use him again--a gracious and professional demeanor, easy to work with and patient, and his services were incredibly valuable. Very satisfied.

He did a great job and was very professional. He gave a good estimate, but I went with a recommendation from a friend. I just wanted to express my gratitude for a job well done, even though I went with another individual.

Oze is the contractor you wish you could use for whatever needs to be done. Unlike many contractors who come to give you an estimate and just take a cursory look around, Oze spent a lot of time looking at all the components that would be affected. He explained the process in a way I could understand and kept us posted of progress every step of the way. He and his team were always on time, got the job done in the amount of time it had been scheduled, and were very conscientious about cleaning up. His assistant Lindsay is very nice and helpful as well. Oze takes a lot of pride in his company's work and his customer's satisfaction, which is a rare and appreciated quality. He gets most of his work through referrals and I can see why. I am happy to recommend him.

Due to issues with internet connectivity and the Ecobee company servers, the actual set-up took almost four hours. Oze displayed incredible knowledge about computers, my wireless router, and the Ecobee thermostat itself. He also took the time to carefully explain the set-up and operation of the thermostat. In the end, he charged me only for the maximum 2 hours of labor as originally quoted. He also followed up first thing the next morning with a phone call to the Ecobee company and a call to me to resolve one outstanding issue. I would definitely use AC911 for any HVAC-related services!
