Directv came out 4 times and could not fix the problem. I could not get about 1/2 my stations. Their response was to replace all equipment AND. They would give me a good deal on telephones. Vick came out and went into my attic. He brought his own equipment to test the connections. He determined a splitter needed to be hooked up. He was even willing to climb on my roof if that was necessary . It wasnâ  t. He fixed everything. Hire him. You will not regret it.

Vic understood my description of the requirements with just a phone conversation. He quoted a price that was fair and reasonable. He arrived when he said he would. There were some unexpected potential impediments (large pieces furniture) when quoted. He made no attempt to increase his quoted price. I would not hesitate to hire Vick again. He answered the phone on the first call, we set up an appointment and he was on time and came fully prepared. He was even able to use existing infrastructure to install my new antenna. You wont be sorry using Vick.

Knew is business, did exactly what was promised - new antenna for TVs and FM and connections throughout the house - and it works perfectly.

Very good at listening to customer needs. Disassembled very old rooftop antenna (took the old one for disposal) and installed a new antenna. Made sure that the old distribution box inside the home was in working order. Replaced an old co-ax cable to one of the TVs. Stuck with his original quote. Highly recommended.

They replace our outdoor antenna on our roof and now we get all of the channels on our televisions. The person who did this was extra helpful and we appreciated it. He said to call him if we have anymore problems with the antenna and television. We recommend Onpoint Audio to anyone.

Vick does his thing calm and professionally. I wish he had a higher ladder though to get on my two story roof with tiles. He had to put it in plane sight but his work is great and I plan to have him back to do other kinds of work at my home.

Vick from OnPoint showed up exactly on time ( a miracle these days). He was the first of three DirecTV technicians I had come to the house that found and fixed the problem. He was prepared and thorough. Recommend highly!

I contacted Onpoint after several frustrating calls to DirecTV, and after being told by the service technician sent to my house that DirecTV no longer allows their installers to go on the roof to make antenna repairs. So, how do they repair antennas if they can't go on the roof? They don't. They just install a second antenna on the side of your house (leaving the original antenna to rust away on the roof). Fortunately, I was able to make a service appointment with Onpoint for the next business day. The technician (Vick) arrived on time, he was able to go on the roof, and he fixed my antenna problem within the hour.

Vic provided professional and prompt service. He owns the company, answers the phone and performed the work. Vic installed an exterior roof top antenna because I have cut the cord. There is no reason to pay ATT for the privilege of receiving ABC,CBS or NBC and all he other over the air broadcasters
