Called Audio Video Television to help me install my flat-screen TV on a wall-mount. Vic was responsive, quick, courteous, thorough, and polite. I recommend him.

Vic arrived a little late (about 20 min.), but he did call me and inform me that he was running a little behind and apologized. When her arrived, he asked what I wanted installed and he did all that I asked. Because he did not have to do all that I initially discussed, he did lower his price to reflect the difference. He even helped me carry out the speakers that I was going to return to Ken Crane. Overall, I was pleased with this service.
