We had a satellite cable running from my daughters room, along the hallway, and into the next bedroom across from hers. I received an immediate call from Vick through HomeAdvisor, and was able to relay the issue to him. We set an appointment for the following day and Vick was on-time. He assessed the situation, and was able to resolve the issue the same day. Probably took Vick about an hour to complete the work. The price was fair for the project. Vick is professional, courteous, and quite a congenial person. I would not hesitate to use Vick again. In fact, I do have another small project, and need to give him another call :)

My TV was having reception problems with my digital channels. A previous company told me a couple of days ago that I can't received all the channels after raising and rotating the antenna. Vick arrived on time. He brought all his instrument with him. He checked all the cables and then check the cable from the antenna to the house. He found that the wrong cable was selected for the signal distribution. He located the correct antenna in cable for the house. He ran scan and found over 140 channels. He checked the signal distribution for the rest of the house to make sure all receivers had a good signal.

Vick was truly professional in his job. He came and installed the antenna for us, made sure everything working well. We were having trouble to get one special channel, Vick spent time and got it for us!I would like to use him again in the future.

Vick was on time and helped us consider the various options for where to locate the antenna. He was finally able to come up with a way to mount the antenna on our garage, a separate building at the corner of our property, even though the roof was steeply sloping on 3 sides and the 4th side was inaccessible due to a pond on our neighbor's lot. The charge for the work was a little more than originally estimated, because Vick had to go into the crawlspace underneath the house to finish connecting the antenna cable to the existing signal-distribution wiring...
