Vick installed a new DirecTV jack on the other side of a wall from an existing jack in the living room. Now I can watch TV in a bedroom where there was no jack. Great work, quick, reasonable price.

Vic was accommodating about my work schedule, and when he discovered HE was going to be late because of a job, he let me know a couple times by cellphone when his arrival would be. I actually had him dismantle my satellite dish and remove it from the balcony so I could send parts back to the company and scrap the rest. When he was done (pretty quick job for him) I asked him to try to fix my remote on the new cable service. He fiddled for a while and discovered he couldn't manage it, had the same problem I was having. So I gave him an extra $5 for his time. He was very professional, but also very kind.
