He was prompt and courteous. He clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything to me and made this a painfree experience. He was professional and thorough. It was a bit more than I would have liked to spend, but worth it for a quality experience all around.

Vic was ready to give me several options for moving my dish. We talked about four different options and which one worked best for me. The relocation was painless for me, I sat in the house for about 25 minutes. Vic knocked on the door and asked me to check the new position and then test the service. Everything was positioned correctly and my satellite signal was stronger than when he arrived.

Work was high quality and done quick. Prices are reasonable and the technician is very knowledgeable.

The owner is very helpful and works quickly to install a digital TV antenna which works great. I hired him after I cancelled cable and the new reception is great.

Vic was nice, understood my needs and took care of the problem. The antenna works great! The only thing I didn’t like was how he arranged the coax cable, could’ve been better, other than that good install.

He charged more than quoted. Broke a recessed light in my living room when he went into the attic. Was a no-show when he said he’d fix it.

Arrived on time (which is good sign). He went up on the roof with the antenna and pole to check for signal strength. Bolted all to the chimney and tried for at least 1/2 hour to get signal. He came down and said he needed a 10 ft pole and went to Home Depo to purchase...unfortunately, all his work was in vain as he could not receive a strong enough signal for his liking. He had to take the antenna down (covered up the holes in chimney) and packed up. He was at my house for over 2 1/2 hours trying to get a good signal but told me that he didn’t want to charge me for something that was not going to work. I really felt bad for him as he was determined to get me the best signal he could but I guess our area get very weak reception. I thanked him for trying and did pay his very minimal service charge. I would recommend his company to anyone wanting professional service done.
