Mold Solutions Socal was great from beginning to end. They were very accommodating to our inspection and work requests, and communication was just perfect. They went above and beyond when it came to prepping the home for remediation and helping find the source of the leak that caused the mold to build. That was not in their scope of work to do, but they helped and it showed how much they are willing to assist and help their clients. I will definitely recommend them moving forward.

We lived in a corner unit on the 2nd floor of a 3 story apartment building. For years, mold developed from within the wood stud infrastructure due to a roof leak. Even after the roof was repaired, mold still showed up especially during the winter months after the owner tried other methods to clean it up. Finally, when the team from the current Mold Solutions SoCal came and applied their fogging solution to our apartment, the mold stopped. After they left, we immediately noticed the absence of damp odor and the mold stopped spreading. More importantly, as an asthmatic I experienced an improved difference in my breathing that I hadn’t even realized had been adversely affected by the mold in my bedroom. Great experience with Mold Solutions SoCal! I am a Realtor and was on a tight deadline with a house in escrow & needed to get the home treated for mold remediation before the transfer of ownership. His crew was able to book us on a holiday weekend and ensure we met our tight timelines so I could get the deal closed. In the end, they delivered a safe & healthy house to the buyer & provided a one year warranty for their scope of work as well.
