 + -1 moremy problem? Comcast sucks, adds additional charges and waits for an objection.Mao mentioned running capitalistic dogs and he was right 60 years ago. Welcome to America USA specifically. I have a maintenance man on property who resoved my problem in under an hour. He does not work for Comcast. Go figure.
Description of Work: Nothing, Blamed it on the infrastructure which they contracted with our senior citizen community. Technician reported bad connectivity and said not their problem and suggested I buy insurance for future problems. Tech(what ever that means} tested a wire not connected and made an assessment.The problem is a corporation that is ubiquitous and runs roughshod on consumers. Do you remember the "Sherman Antitrust Act? 1890? Time Warner merger? Are you kidding?
