+ -1 moreI spoke to the secretary about my past expierence with dirty waterspots. No problem this time. However, the man was 4 hours late. He called to explain why, but the last time I had them, he was about 2 hours late.
Description of Work: Does very good job cleaning windows inside and outside. In the past I have had dirty water spots, however, on my carpet. What has made me upset is that the owner becomes very defensive about this happening. It gives me the feeling that he thinks I am making the facts up.
