My situation was an emergency the roof started leaking during the rain spell and Monterey Bay Roofing, Inc. was there when I needed roof service. It saved my home from getting water damage.

Michael arrived five minutes before our appointment and called me on my cell phone to let me know that he had arrived. He was able to determine the cause of the leak, pick up the needed part and install it--all within two hours! GREAT JOB!! Thank you!

I hired them to come out and do a roof inspection for a property we were looking at purchasing. He was very responsive and set up an appointment that same day. He came out and did a thorough inspection and gave me a quote for repairs. His assessment seemed reasonable and was helpful to us a a potential buyer for this home.

Monterey Bay Roofing was responsive, gave a quick estimate explaining what would be necessary to repair our roof, gave a fair estimate of the cost of the repair, showed up on time, did the work in a prompt manner, explained what was being done and the quality of the materials being used, and cleaned up the area after completion of the work removing all the old roofing material.
