 + -1 moreTomas Ramos/ Craftworks did a beautiful job preparing and painting our old two-story house. The estimate was very reasonable for the exterior painting and for any additional work requested. A lot of attention was given to the preparation (power washing, scraping off old paint, priming, etc.) which made the final paint job look great. Tomas and his wife were very pleasant to be around and consulted us daily about the progress. Additional work requests were completed and we are very satisfied with the quality of the work. This old house now looks new. We are very pleased with this company.

 + 0 moreKraft workers were always punctual and finished the projects on time and within the budget discussed . They also were careful to keep the worksite clean and assure no damage to outdoor landscaping or indoor carpeting etc. through out the projects. We were very happy with work overall. Also, Thomas was a great resource to help with color selections for both exterior and interior projects. We are very satisfied and happy to recommend this company to other homeowners in the area.
Description of Work: Very happy with the final outcome/product from Thomas and staff. They painted total exterior and Family room and kitchen interior as well as refinishing kitchen table. We will consider their services for refinishing kitchen cabinets etc. in kitchen remodel upcoming. Very responsive and excellent attention to detail and quality of overall final product is A plus!! We are very happy to recommend them on both quality and price of services.

 + 0 moreHe painted the exterior and 3 rooms of the interior. He was suggested by my mother. He has a tendency to be very rude and aggressive to his customers. He was supposed to match the color in our kitchen to our dining room. He never matched it. It was a completely different color. He did give us a discount, but I will not be using him again in the future.
Description of Work: We have used them for interior and exterior painting services.

 + -1 moreDo get all details in writing. Do have a ball park idea of your desired color scheme. Do get estimate of time req ired/estimated to complete the project We did these things and consequently, there were no surprises. Good outcome.
Description of Work: Did thorough preparation of all exterior surfaces of 28 yr old 2 story house. This included powere washing, sanding and applying antirust material to any nails/metal etc that were showing rust. Provided the brand of paint we designated; put on double coat all surfaces. Very helpful and patient in guiding us to select good/compatible color choices that resulted in a beautiful finished and professional look for our home Also painted the adjacent and front fences associated with the property and house. Finally, did a power wash of the back patio/deck areas and added a sealant to wood deck. Staff were focused and paid attention to detail. Left the property clean and "icked up" at end of each day. Overall, we are very satisfied on all levels - cost of project and final product - A new look we are delighted with.

 + -1 moreJob went extremely well. I got 4 bids and Craftworks was almost the low bidder but 1/2 to 1/4 of two higher bids. Boy did we get our money's worth! The entire job was done by hand, nothing was sprayed. Never used tape where colors meet, where painted surface meets non-painted surface or on glass. Every line is perfectly straight. Nothing was "slapped on" - they took painstaking care to be neat and thorough. At the end of each day they tidied up everything. I've inspected every square foot of the house surface and and surroundings and there's not 1 drop of paint on ground, vegetation, downspouts, glass - nothing. THAT'S the best sign of a good painter.
Description of Work: Prepped & painted exterior of house on Pacific Grove. House is 2 story, upper level is cedar shingle, lower is board & batten. Many windows, most "divided" with small panes, doors with glass, deck with 35 feet or railing with 2"x2" square balustrades and 2"x6" cap. Tomas & crew spent the better part of 1 day power washing the entire house. They sanded and puttied for a day after that. Applied a semi-transparent stain on shingles and 2 coats of paint [3 different colors] on siding, trim and underside of roof overhang and underside of deck, plus a few metal stair railings. Weather didn't cooperate completely but Tomas kept us informed of plans and progress.
