+ 0 moreSo our air conditioner died this weekend, great timing I know, but when is it ever? The air is going to go out on the hottest day of the year and the furnace will go out on the coldest ... Anyways, looked for a installer for A/C and was luckily to find Chris was available on a short notice job. He was already booked but was able to communicate a good time that worked. He already had one person ahead of us that day, and he would give us a call when he were on his way. I got a couple text messages from him letting me know how long the wait was expected to be, which I thought was great and really appreciated. Chris was efficient, clean, and was able to replace our unit that day. He diagnosed us with needing a new capacitor, replaced it, and was on his way. Everything took about 30 mins and our house is nice and cool again. Good experience with him and I would recommend.
