They led me on for a month and I thought they were going to do my remodel, but then all of a sudden I think they took some other bigger job and dumped us. They are not on Angie's List. I de-constructed one of the bathrooms so all they would have to do is go in there and boom. I just think it was weird. They wasted my time. They said they did not want to hire two more people because they said it would take four weeks to get to my job. Then the next following week they said they were sorry but could not do it because it was going to be four months to get to me and they would have to hire two more people in order take my job on. They did not tell me that upfront, waited a month and led me around picking out stuff. It kind of set me back a little bit. They were going to do one bathroom and then we would talk about another one afterwards. I think they have only been in business for about three or four years. The price, I would say, they were good. I think the price was reasonable. I actually liked the people, but I don't know why they all of a sudden said it was going to be four months. I say F for honesty. The first time they came they sent a designer lady. She looked around and said she had to come back and measure. Then, when she came back and measured, the company had let her go. Then the sent a young girl and the manager came out and did some stuff. It was just the weirdest thing I have ever seen. It was almost like they were just acting like they were doing it. I think they were not qualified to be doing what they were doing. Then when the guy who does the work finally came, the owner of the company. When he finally came over he did everything and did all the questions, but we had to re-answer all the questions and he had to re-do everything. Now that was the third time. We asked for a reference and he got all offended. Hew said he never did that for his clients.
