We have thrown some pretty tough jobs at them, and they always have the technical skill to solve the problems. They also offer tips for keeping the carpets looking nice and recommend spot cleaning methods we can use between cleanings. Their crews are friendly, professionally trained, and hard working.
Description of Work: We had our two-room apartment carpets cleaned.

 + -1 moreWe spotted Barry's truck in the neighborhood, got a card from a crew member and called for an appointment. Barry himself set one up for the next morning. Quick, professional work done with a smile and a helping hand. Made our tired old carpet presentable under "impossible" circumstances and even took a small neglected old oriental carpet back to the shop for hand washing and brought it back next morning sparkling clean, just as the caterers arrived. Of course we'll call on Barry again!
Description of Work: Needed last-minute carpet cleaning service as the law office where my wife works unexpectedly prevailed on us to change the venue for its holiday lunch to our house!

Description of Work: Cleaned two large Persian rugs (each is about 20' by 10") which had not been cleaned for many years. Both were cleaned in place in our home.
