All Seasons Heating And Cooling

On Tuesday afternoon Mr. Manny came to my house to fix my heater that was not working. He climbed in to attic to check and repair the furnace and make other repairs. He did a fine job and now heating works very good. Also, after he left my house, he still called me and asked how the heaters worked. I appreciate his friendliness, hard work and technique. He arrived 10 minutes late and actually physically worked for 1 hour. I was charged $140 for the first hour and then the incremental 15 minute charges began amounting to $250. I questioned him and he became offensive saying he won't discuss charges and complained how poorly my system was done. He said it would cost $500 for each register to be re-plumed and the work done under the house was done incorrectly and I got ripped off.

We have used Zach for several years. He replaced our old furnace in 2012. He's prompt, honest, reliable. We highly recommend him.

Excellent. It took them twice as long as anticipated to complete the project, but they didn't charge me extra. And they already had the best price (I shopped around). Also, even though I was prepared to pay $48 per register for air duct cleaning, he looked at the air ducts and said they were in already good shape. (Since we just purchased the place we weren't sure when or if they had ever been cleaned). It's wonderful to work with an honest contractor. And the City inspector who inspected the furnace afterwards said the installation job was excellent.

We love Zach. He has taken care of our heating system for two years and we find him professional, patient and very responsive. Zach kept our old furnace running as long as possible and installed a very satisfactory replacement when we realized it was well past the time to do so. Zach kept all his appointments and always phoned just before arriving to let us know the exact time. We recommend him to anyone who needs service!

This person was good at duct cleaning when I heard a lot of people were not good at it. They were recommended by another heating and a/c company. He came and gave me an estimate. He stuck to that estimate and completed the work in half a day. We have used the heat and have not noticed any dust or anything like that. He seemed to be very thorough, inspecting the dust and doing the cleaning. He gave me a slight discount for a return customer when I wasn't. He did everything he said he was going to do and came on time. We were very satisfied.
