Excellent work

I have used this company for over 21 years. Their work is outstanding. They have always performed a thorough cleaning of my Berber carpets and an upholstered chair. They have removed stains and spill I thought were impossible. George and his son are prompt, courteous, and highly professional. They are an A+ in my book.

It is a pleasure to work with G&R Sasaguchi because they keep track of our floor, carpet, and concrete cleaning needs, and call us to schedule maintenance when it is necessary. Thus everything is cleaned on a regular schedule, and looks great all the time, without our having to think about it. They do expert, meticulous work at a very reasonable price. I was thrilled to learn recently that they also clean upholstery. They did their usual excellent job on that too. On a personal level, they couldn't be nicer: professional, punctual, friendly and highly knowledgeable. Over the years we have presented them with a variety of challenges, including deep scratches on stone floors, makeup stains on beige carpet, oil and cooking stains on concrete, and an eroding stone countertop. They achieved outstanding results on every problem. We recommend them most highly.

They do excellent work. They're very thorough. We've been using them for the last 10 years. Our apartment is student housing and there were times when I thought we would need to buy new carpet, but he cleaned it so well that we kept it! They're always on time.

Beautiful job! I have been in business for 33 years and have had other floor cleaning companies and once I found Mr Sasaguchi many years ago, I only hire him. You can always count on the floors looking brand new. He and his son do a thorough job and are hard working. I highly reccommend him.

It were wonderful, I've been using them for years now. They are very punctual and knowledgeable on the things that they are doing. They don't took too long to render a service and my carpet is very clean and nice after rendering a service. I will definitely recommend them to others.

It was wonderful. We didn't know him, he was recommended to us by a friend. He had come to give an estimate for what we wanted done. He was really busy but told us he would try to preform work within our timeline which he did. In our kitchen, he only thought he had to do one part of it. He then saw there needed to be more work done, he didn't say anything, just took the initiative and completed it.

I've used him before. I like him, that's why I use him. He's good. He's professional, clean, and on-time. Quality of work was good and I liked the price.

George did a great job. He's cleaned my carpet before, but this time I needed to have my sofas cleaned as well. I was on a time crunch and George worked with me and my schedule and cleaned it all within the time I needed it done. It all came out so nice...so clean. George and his son have always done a great job. Always very professional and always very nice.

Carpets look, feel and smell wonderful. He protected all my walls and furniture and did a thorough job. Very easy scheduling and wonderful follow-up after. Basically, from start to finish -- G&R provided top notch service. There are a lot of shady carpet cleaning services who use bait and switch advertising or perform subpar work. Not G&R. He did a fantastic job, was honest, and we will definitely hire again.

G & R Sasaguchi did a fantastic job on cleaning my carpet in all the years that I had my carpet cleaned this was the first time that I actually seen someone move and lift the furniture off the floor. My main concern was the cool weather and how long it was going to take the carpet to dry and true to there word the carpet dried within 24 hours. The carpet looks and feels great! Both men (father & son) very friendly and professional, I would definitely use their services again!

My carpet was very dirty. We hadn't cleaned it in a long time. I called them and they came out within a week or so and did a wonderful job. My carpet looked great! They were very professional and super friendly. I will continue to use their services and would definitely recommend them.

I had used him several years prior to clean terra cota floors and when I contacted him, he still had my name on file. This time I had just finished a kitchen/bathroom remodel and between that, our setting up "dining" space in the living room and disgruntled cats, we desperately needed our carpets cleaned. We happen to live in the same community. He came w/i the week with one helper and did a magnificent job. When I inquired as to a product, he offered to pick one up for me, at cost from his supplier and delivered it to me. I've used "big name" carpet cleaners in the past but NONE of them have come close to the work that Mr. Sasaguchi did. I will call him again in a few weeks after some further work is done. I referred a friend to him who also had a major remodel and said she just needed it cleaned because it was old and she would replace soon. After he cleaned her carpet...she has a dog...she said it looked and smelled so good that she did not have to replace it.

Expierence was very positive. They did a great job. Very thorough. When he did my job he protected my walls. He went above and beyond.

He called me right back when I contacted him via Angie's List and made an appointment w/i a few days to come in a give an estimate. He arrived on time and gave me a fair estimate and was able to accommodate my travel schedule. He arrived exactly on time for the job and it took him and his helper 3.5 hours to do an outstanding job. He even gave me tips on keeping up with the cats. He is very professional and extremely tidy. I would use his services again and highly recommend him to others.

I probably I found him through Angieslist and he was a great guy. He was very polite, meticulous, courteous and punctual. I was satisfied with his service.

Mr. Sasaguchi arrived when he said he would, was careful with the hoses around my landscaping, was quiet during his work as not to disturb the neighbors and very respectful. It took him about 6 hours to do all the work. He laid paper to protect the carpet from footprints. When it was time to leave, he cleaned up all of his tools and hoses quietly and was gone. Good job, easy to work with him.

OUTSTANDING Job and an excellent price. George is so careful and meticulous. The floors looked like they had been completely refinished. I had water stains on the granite, but George polished them out and sealed the granite and gave excellent advice on how to care for and maintain both the granite, and the hardwood. Both floors and counters were gleaming when they finished. They spent 5 days. This is one of the best service resources I have ever used. Very personable, honest, capable, and fair.

I HAD SOMEONE ELSE CLEAN THE CARPET, BUT DID NOT GET OR STAY VERY CLEAN, SO I CALLED G & R CARPET CLEANERS BACK AGAIN. THE CARPET AND CHAIRS CAME OUT VERY CLEAN. HE WAS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, BUT A LITTLE EXPENSIVE.
