FANTASTIC! George and his son did a fantastic job of cleaning my 3 bedroom carpets, area rugs and sofas. He called several days before the appointment to find out what materials and fabrics were involved so he could make the right recommendations for the cleaning solutions. He showed up on time on the appointed day and did a wonderful job. I would not hesitate to use him again! he takes his time and does the job right! the job is now several weeks old and NO STAINS HAVE REAPPEARED! You can find a cheaper price but wont find better quality job, you won't be sorry!

George and his son were very through with the cleaning of my carpets. He was punctual and did a great job. I felt comfortable with him when he came for the initial quote. G&R were prompt and did a great job on my floors. They carefully removed paint debris left on my carpets and the carpet was cleaned thoroughly. They just restored the terrazzo entrance and fireplace surround. The grout was cleaned up and the floor is much brighter! I appreciate and recommend their service--they are prompt and my house was left neat and clean.

George was able to squeeze me in due to a cancellation. He was on time and explained to me how they were going to do the cleaning. Due to high powered truck mounted equipment George and his assistant were able to use two hoses to clean the carpeting in different areas of the house which made it go much faster. Carpets look great and so far none of the stains have reappeared. I have used other carpet cleaners and my carpeting usually took over a day to dry because they either used too much steam or didn't vacuum up the water sufficiently. This time, my carpets were dry by evening in most of the house and a few areas were dry by the next morning.

George did an excellent job on cleaning all my carpets. I was especially happy with the 8' x 10' area rug that they took out to my patio to clean. After cleaning it they hooked up a fan on it to dry it before bringing it back in to place over pad on hardwood floor. George was very careful with all my hardwood floors, moving furniture and placing protective sheets under furniture, putting corner protectors up. These carpets really needed cleaning and now look almost brand new.

George is outstanding. This was absolutely THE BEST carpet cleaning I have ever had done in 40 years of owning my home. First, he talked with me on the phone to be sure he understood exactly what I wanted done. He used a natural cleaner at my request which worked beautifully. He was very careful of my walls and doorways, using plastic guards to protect the paint. When done he raked the carpet so it dried looking perfect. His machine sucked up nearly almost all of the water -- the carpet was dry in just a few hours. And the final touch was that he laid down paper runners so I didn't have to walk on the carpet until it was dry. Excellent to work with. Excellent job. Very reasonable price. I have my carpets cleaned annually and will use him exclusively going forward. Definitely call George!!

George and Ken came on time, and did a super professional job steam cleaning my whole house carpet. They were competent, efficient and especially careful to raise furniture that might stain. They put shields on walls and corners where their hoses might rub, and used booties to prevent tracking soil into the fibers. We had a dog, and our carpet is about 35 years old - but after they finished, it looked new again. Price charged was exactly as estimated. I will use them again and would highly recommend them to others, both residential and commercial.

George and his son were wonderful. George really helped me by fitting me into his schedule even though he was booked solid. He was prompt, his price was great and he was very knowledgeable. He also took care to protect the corners of the walls where the hoses might accidently rub against it, he used shoe protectors, he left the house just as clean as he found it, he out the couches on lifts so that it would dry underneath them and he raked the carpet so that the lines and steps disappeared. He also showed me the places in my carpet where there might be a problem and then told me how to fix it if I ended up needing to. What a depth of knowledge! He could for see a possible problem due to his experience. I am extremely grateful for his help. I would recommend him to anyone who needed a carpet cleaner. I already did that to my two neighbors!

Mr. Sasaguchi and his son did an excellent job in all area. Initially, I wanted just carpet cleaning, but to my surprise, when he reviewed the carpets I had thought needed to be cleaned, he told me they were just fine and did not need it at this time! (A very honest man!). He indicated that he could restore our badly damaged travertine bathroom floors (finish was marred by previous owners. I thought were beyond help and just needed to be replaced.) The work he did covered 2 1`/2 days. He cleaned one very dirty area rug (and scotch-guarded it) and completely restored and sealed two large bathroom travertine tile floors. They now are all like brand new! We were thrilled with their work in all ways and they are very nice people!

Punctual, accurate, thorough, and friendly. George brought one other employee with him and while he was setting up, George took the time to accurately detail the process to occur over the next 2-hours. I returned nearly at time and all of the carpets were thoroughly cleaned. George walked me through the rooms and not only explained what to expect next but shared some care tips for our carpet based on his extensive experience. I’m extremely happy with his service and will definitely call him again!
