+ -1 moreSPOKE WITH DEAN. TRIED TO ARRANGE INSTALLATION OF A CARPET THAT HAD BEEN REMOVED DUE TO WATER DAMAGE. HE WAS EXTREMELY UNCOOPERATIVE AND CONDESCENDING IN TONE. WANTED ME TO DRIVE OUT TO MONTICELLO TO PAY THE $165 FEE TO INSTALL A 10 X 10 CARPET. WOULD NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD OR E-MAIL. INITIALLY, SAID THE CARPET INSTALLER WOULD COME AT 9:00, THEN CHANGED THE TIME TO 11:00. DEAN WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY. VERY UPSETTING. THIS PERSON HAS NO SENSE OF HOLIDAY SPIRIT AND APPEARS TO TAKE SOME SADISTIC PLEASURE OUT OF BEING UNCOOPERATIVE. PLEASE SPARE OTHER ANGIE'S LIST CLIENTS THE AGGRAVATION AND REMOVE HIS NAME FROM YOUR LIST. ESTIMATED COST WAS $165.

+ -1 moreThey were the only business that I found who offered the unique laminate flooring with the distressed look. I was quite pleased with the installers and salesperson. They were knowledgeable and offered a friendly attitude. They showed up on time and met my timeline for completion. Following the installation, they did a walk through with me to ensure that I was satisfied.
Description of Work: They installed a laminate wood flooring in my kitchen and family room. They did not have to remove any old flooring as they placed the laminate over the top of the existing linoleum. I had to move the furniture and breakables out of the two rooms prior to their arrival.

+ -1 moreThe salesman returned my call the same day I called. He came to my house the next day and scheduled the repair. The repair men were on time and did their job quickly an well. The repair men also stretched the carpet in the hall way. I would recommend MGA Carpet Center.
Description of Work: My dog dug a hole in the carpet in front of the bed room door. I needed a patch about the size of a regular door frame. I had matching carpet for the repair.

+ -1 moreTHE REPRESENTATIVE WAS GREAT. THE FLOORING WAS DELIVERED AT THE AGREED TIME. THEIR INSTALLERS DID A VERY NICE AND CLEAN JOB. THEY HAD A LARGE SELECTION OF FLOORING TO CHOOSE FROM. I WOULD REFER MGA FLOORING AGAIN TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
Description of Work: REMOVED OLD CARPET AND INSTALLED LAMINATE FLOORING AND BASE BOARDS IN SPARE ROOM.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE. IT WAS COMPLETED IN LESS THAN ONE BUSINESS DAY. IT LOOKS VERY PROFESSIONAL, ALONG WITH THE CARPET THAT WAS AGREED UPON. THE CLEANUP WAS VERY TIDY ALSO.
Description of Work: I HAD MY HOUSE RECARPETED THROUGHOUT. THE PLACES WHERE THERE WAS TILE OR LAMINATE WERE NOT DONE. I OBTAINED A PLUSH CARPET WITH AN 8 POUND PADDING.
