Many companies weren't bothering to return calls etc. These guys came out pretty quickly and gave us a very competitive estimate. He did great job of walking me through the details of the work they would do and what it would look like etc. Once the work started I was super impressed. The work crew could not have been more polite and accommodating. Very neat. At the same time we had a solar tube installed in my kitchen. Provides so much light. They were great about cleaning up and working around the pets. Bottom line- The roof looks fantastic, I'm not broke cause I paid a very fair price, and next winter it can rain all it wants but my house will be very dry for years to come."

I wrote a detailed doc specifying what I wanted and sent it to a bunch of contractors. Yaniv was the only guy that actually read it and gave us a competitive quote - everyone else tried to upsell us a total teardown. I really appreciated that. We wanted to purchase all materials and appliances ourselves, and Yaniv worked efficiently with us to schedule things . Partway through the process we changed our mind - went for an in-counter cooktop instead of a separate range. Yaniv took the change in stride, adjusted the quote and schedule, and work continued smoothly. I was very impressed. Partway through the renovation, covid hit. When this happened Yaniv quickly hurried his schedule so that his workers could be out of our house as soon as possible. I really appreciated it.
