James was a wonderful contractor and person I needed a kitchen remodel and he was super fast at contacting me back. He gave me an awesome price and was punctual when coming to my house he did a beautiful remodel and I definitely will be going back with him for more. I have already began to set up with him my garage add on. Thank you so much

His work failed the city inspection. Nailing and cutting of the new rafters was done incorrectly. I hired a structural engineer to provide plans that were submitted and approved by the city. A copy was given to James for his work so he new what needed to be done. The roof sags in the front where he installed the new rafters and the fascia is crooked. The cuts where the rafters meet the ridge board and more importantly, the fascia, are very poorly cut with some gaps of close to an inch off and many that are half an inch off. I have to hire another contractor to fix his work since I paid him in good faith and he then walked off the job without fixing the major problems. It was a huge mistake hiring James.
