The job was to fix a leak, however he created a bigger problem as the slope of horizontal tile was outward. I could not check this before he left - as I could not turn on water on. Next day I saw the problem first time we took shower - water was coming out of the shower on to my bathroom floor. I tried to call several times, left message and even sent email. Jesus never called back.
Description of Work: Removed existing tile on the entrance to glass shower and put new ones. T

After building a new platform to hold the heater, he installed the new heater and hauled away the old one. His work is excellent. This is not the first time we have used him, but he is a little pricey. However, we would use him again.
Description of Work: Jesus installed a new water heater, but first built a new platform, which was dipping, to hold the heater.
The Garcias know how to do just about anything, and they get it done right the first time. They're extremely competent, careful with all the prep work, they work quietly, and they clean up every day before leaving. They can be trusted completely, and are really nice people. The work they've done for me is just beautiful. They don't cut corners in order to give the lowest bid; they give you the best price for work done well.
Description of Work: The two Garcia brothers have worked for me on many home repair and remodeling projects over a span of more than 10 years. My most recent project was clearing a huge thicket of banana plants, and then installing a fountain with a below-ground reservoir in the cleared space. They went to the stone-yard, sent photos of stones and made a recommendation, bought the chosen pre-drilled stone and fountain parts, brought it to my home, installed an outdoor electrical outlet and indoor switch for the fountain, placed and installed the sub-surface reservoir and fountain, and adjusted the water flow. They checked with me during the installation to make sure it was placed where I wanted it and faced the direction I preferred. (I'm the kind of person that places stuff to the inch.) This fountain project was relatively minor compared to other projects they have done for me, which include remodeling a bathroom with stone tile and redesigning a fireplace, adding and replacing windows and sliding doors, repairing a leaking skylight, building beautiful stone garden walls, patios and walkways and installing custom-designed fences and gates, doing interior and exterior painting, installing interlocking pavers on the driveway, installing railroad-tie retainer walls on a hillside, installing a new sprinkler system and sod, and many other projects. They have also worked for my neighbors, who have trusted their expertise on a wide range of remodel and repair projects.
