Espinoza Custom Painting

Excellent painting. Sealed all areas to prevent over spray of paint and water. Power washed and wire brushed complete patio. Spray painted with two coats on patio then went over it again with roller. Highly recommend using this painter.

I was overcharged For some area?s being painted. I had to negotiate to get price lowered & Espinoza Was complaining He should be paid more for work Done. Even after the Job was done he kept complaining. I am a female and I do believe he was trying to take advantage of me. I had another appraiser give me a quote and HE said I was overcharged & work quality was not done properly So women out there Beware!!!!!

The entire crew was excellent. Did extra work, scraped, primed painted way more than I originally requested and painted several interior items. Having them back to paint fascia.

He did everything quoted, but the one thing i really appreciated was always being prompt.

On time and hard working

After hiring Omar of Espinoza Painting, he was very timely and organized. When we did our first walk through he explained to us how many would be painting our house and approximate time to completion. He supplied us with a very reasonable quote. Omar was very conscientious and it was clearly evident that he paid great attention to details. He was also helpful in making good recommendations for our project, and the finished product showed that he many years of experience. They painted our entire house and did a fantastic job. He promised to do a final walk through and go over anything they could of missed. As promised he came back and did all touch ups. Also they were very clean and left no trash or mess for us to take care. We would recommend Espinoza Painting and use again in the future.

The team was very professional and clean. Excellent prep work to keep everything clean during the painting. Clean-up was great also. I highly recommend Espinoza Painting for your painting needs. We will use them again for inside painting next.

Omar came and gave me an estimate and performed the work the next day. He did a great job matching the stain on our railing and staircase with our wood floors. His crew came the following day to apply the lacquer. It is gorgeous! Love how it turned out and I would definitely recommend him.

We had a very fair and competitive quote for all of our exterior wood painting (siding, eaves, etc) and were extremely happy with the results. Mario was the main painter and Omar, the owner, came the second day to help finish the job. The final job looked so good that my neighbors on both sides requested Omar to give them a quote for their own upcoming paint jobs. We would definitely rehire This Company.

Contractor was pleasant throughout the quote but was difficult to work with during the job. He used vulgar language and wasn't willing to complete the job. He was really horrible to work with and an extreme disappointment. Would not recommend at all.
