+ -1 moreWe called them because the pilot on our gas fireplace insert kept going out. When they came, they quickly fixed that problem by replacing the thermocouple, but also disassembled the whole stack of firelogs, added some stones, and reassembled it in a way that made less of the heat go up the chimney. It works so much better now.
