Description of Work: Replaced part very quickly at reasonable rate. Only complaint is that they charged an extra $20 service charge for coming to Lake Shastina and did not notify us of that in advance.

 + -1 moreWarren was responsive to phone calls and came by the day I called to give us an estimate. He followed up with a written estimate and a phone call. The equipment came before he thought it would, and he installed it within 10 days of us having him give us an estimate. His employees were professional and courteous and did an excellent job. The total installation took only about five hours. They cleaned up everything before they left and showed us how to operate the unit. All in all, very professional. We were thrilled.
Description of Work: Installed a ductless heating/air conditioning unit.
