Let me explain my review of Steven and why he deserves such accolades: I had actively, diligently, (seemingly hopelessly) searched for a SFR (single family residence) in the Pasadena area for 5 years ? yes, 5 years! I knew what I wanted, but it seemed a nearly impossible goal. I had met numerous Realtors in that time and most of them had little interest besides doing the deal and getting their commission. As a single-income buyer who was only financially willing & able to look at lower-priced properties, most Realtors ?dumped? me pretty quickly! But not Steven! Steven worked closely with me these past couple years ?yes, really, a couple of years - quickly responding to all emails and phone messages, providing lots of valuable information, and exhibiting remarkable patience as he showed me through many houses, wrote offers for me, and contacted sellers? agents. At long last, I knew the right house when I finally found it, but even then, Steven made me fully aware of the house?s problems as well as the challenges & riskiness of the deal itself (it was a probate sale).
