They're price is very reasonable. Rico is very good at his job and if he doesn't find an issue he's not going to charge you for coming out.

We have used Rudy's before. They showed up on time and took care of the problem. Their cost was on the higher side, but no problem since.

I needed the drain in my tub snaked because it was draining slowly. He broke a bar in order to snake it and said it would be $450 to fix this bar that he broke. It was difficult to understand him because his English is not good. I don't think he was able to properly snake it because of some ball that was in the way. Again, it was not properly explained. All I know is that my drain is not any better and now I can never take a bath in my tub unless I want to pay $450 to have it fixed. It would have been better had he not come.

Rudy's plumbing first tried to just fix the leak with the existing valve set up. Failing that they came back a second time and replaced one of the two units with new hardware. Presto -- no more leak. Rudy's plumbing was very accomodating with my work schedule and both times came around 5 pm. In addition to the outside sprinkler valve fix, the two technicians fixed an annoying drip in the bathroom faucet. We have also used them for shower faucet repair when a diy effort bombed. I'd also like to say we have used Rudy's Plumbing for probably over 20 years. There are very reasonably priced and reliable.

They are great to deal with and have good manners. They are very responsive and good at returning phone calls. They are realistic on when they will be at my home for the appointment. They are very tidy and clean up well after themselves. I am very satisfied with this company.

The plumber was able to come by the same day that I called and he showed up at the time they said he would. He had all the parts he needed and was able to replace the corroded trap quickly. He was very professional.

It went great. Their response was right within the allocated time. They were personable and cared about what I thought. It was just an overall great company,

I've used Rudy's Plumbing many times -- they've always done a great job and are always friendly and professional. This afternoon I called them at around 2:00 when I noticed that my toilet had suddenly started leaking. They were sympathetic -- they said they were booked solid for today, but they'd squeeze me in anyway. They showed up within an hour or two, fixed everything, and left the bathroom cleaner than they found it.

They did fine work. They did what we requested and it is working.

I have used Rudy's Plumbing on numerous occasions, both here at my home and in several rental properties nearby. On this occasion, they came out promptly when I called, and gave me an estimate of costs and the work that needed to be done. They offered me several options on how to best repair my shower situation as we have had ongoing problems there with several tenants over the years. After considering the options, we decided to move forward with a more expensive, but longer-lasting repair/replacement. The garbage disposal plumbing was repaired within two hours, and they came back the next day to finish the work on the shower valves, etc. As I mentioned, they had to cut a small hole in the bathroom wall to access the plumbing; Rudy's employees were very careful in doing this, and i was able to re-install the small cutout piece of drywall myself with minimal time or effort a few days later. Everything is working perfectly. and quot;Ricoand quot; from Rudy's Plumbing has overseen all of my projects and always keeps me updated as we go along. He is always willing to explain all of the options and possibilities so that I can make informed decisions regarding price, or products, or how long something might last.

They came out and found a little mouse (currently living in our pantry) had found our plastic tubing as a water source. They swapped it out with a metal line so they couldn't eat the line again. Every time they have been out they have been on time, professional and reasonable. Great response, recommend highly.

Their prices are reasonable and they seem to know what they are doing. Their price is good compared to the other plumbers I’ve used. I can’t think of a time when they didn’t show up on time. I get a bad impression from one of the employees.

The company's plumbers have always arrived within the time frame they've promised. Typically, it has been the day after I've called, although one time they came within two hours for an urgent problem. In every case except the most recent, they have come with whatever parts ended up being needed, so there was no waiting for parts. On my most recent faucet repair, I discovered that I have a very unusual faucet in one bathroom, so they had to special order the part. This was the only time I've had to have them come back. I will continue to use them.

They are quick to respond, courteous, and give estimates.

They were reasonable priced and professional. They did the work while I was at work and so far it looks good. I would recommend them.

He arrived during the two-hour window they had given me and called me as I had asked before he arrived so I could meet him at the house. (A rental home I own...) Rudy clearly knows his work; he worked quickly and got the job done with no other problems. He recommended other work to be done but wasn't pushy about it. He answered all my questions and told me everything he was doing as he did it! He did not provide me with an estimate, but I hadn't asked for one in advance. For a potentially larger problem, I certainly would. I had forgotten my checkbook...he simply asked me to mail him a check. Very polite and accommodating.

HE IS VERY HELPFUL. SOMETIMES HE WILL CHECK OUT SOMETHING WITHOUT CHARGING ME FOR IT, WHICH IS VERY CONSIDERATE OF HIM. AND HE DID A GOOD JOB ON MY FAUCET.

I HAVE USED HIM BEFORE AND HE QUICKLY RESPONDS. HE MAKES ME FEEL LIKE A PREFERRED CUSTOMER. THE WORK IS EXCELLENT, BUT EXPECT TO PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET. THE WORK IS DONE WELL WITH NO FOLLOW UP PROBLEMS AND THEY HOLD THEIR APPOINTMENTS.
