Top quality. No shortcuts done here. Many references. I have my bond, workers comp and liability. My prices are very competitive but no compromising on quality. Any work needing permits will only be done with required city and county permits. If by code it needs a permit I am pulling a permit.

I wholeheartedly recommend Jim Paniagua Construction for all your Southern California home improvement/renovation project needs. Jim Paniagua is an extremely experienced contractor with years of construction experience. Jim is down-to-earth, reliable, personable, and has a "no job too big, no job too small" approach to every potential client. His bid prices are very reasonable, and attention to detail is second-to-none... After having Jim Paniagua complete several projects at my home, I personally would not have any other contractor work on my southern California home.
