Prompt response to my request for service. (I think through Angie s List?) Anyway, Robert was very professional on the phone and I was able to send him a pic of our shattered tempered glass window so he could give us a rough idea of price. He then came out next business day, secured the glass and gave us options to choose from and ordered the new window. Due to the size and special type of glass, it took a week to arrive, but Robert kept us up to date and came to fit it on the day it got here. He was very efficient and courteous, took away the broken window for us too. Best of all, he had the convenience of taking credit card payments! Hopefully we won t need him again any time soon, but if we did, I wouldn t hesitate to use him again.

The technician, Robert exceeded my expectations in completing the task we hired him to complete. He went out to my parents home on the same day I called him. He was prepared to take whatever supplies he thought he would need for the job. He arrived timely ( called before) and started working. He was extremely efficient in completing the job. Overall experience excellent. I got the referral from Home Advisor within minutes I got a text even though it was late on Labor Day night. Asked permission to call. Extremely considerate.
