I regret having to write this review and hope this helps future clients. We hired Finesse to redo our kitchen after working for months with an architect to create the design we wanted. We found Diana’s subs to be, for the most part, professional and quality craftsmen. The problems we had were two-fold: communication and Diana’s lack of responsibility for things that went wrong. For example, when the demo crew scarred our floors, she said our dishwasher didn’t have wheels, as if it was our dishwasher’s fault. The scar was never repaired. This kind of thing happened a number of times. Another problem was her willingness to appreciate that we knew what we wanted. This was our third kitchen and we know the ins and outs of a remodel. Diana rarely came by the job site and when she did, she didn’t want us there when she was discussing our project with her people, as if our opinion would interfere with the work. Needless to say, the job took 2 months longer than Diana estimated, and more times than I’d like to mention, things went wrong. Her lack of supervision created issues time and again; for example, when the floor people decided to finish only half the floor and used the wrong finish. So now there’s an obvious line through the middle of our dining room . In addition, the change orders were high priced and often unexpected. In the end we are taking care of the final repairs ourselves due to the fact that Diana did not seem to understand our need to have the project done. Her continual ignoring of our emails, text messages and phone calls made it impossible to continue a needlessly painful and difficult project.

Creative and detail oriented. Timely even when weather or vendors don't cooperate. Left the workspaces and yard pet safe and orderly. Material Preparation and installation carefully considered and completed, Very available for questions. Works even significant changes (for example, cancelling replacement windows and building a trellis instead or adding a screen door on barn door hardware) speedily and gracefully, with a very short turn around converting conversations to written agreements so everything is clear and precise.

Finesse did an excellent job of adding 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to my home. They provided excellent service. Very customer friendly and responsive. Start to completion was on time. Excellent materials and were compliant with current codes regarding energy saving and 'green' requirements, Took care of all licensing and permit requirements. Staff were friendly and professional. I felt comfortable allowing them to work in my home while I was not there with no problems. I would definitely recommend them.

They were very very professional. They were very responsive and on time. They did a really good job. Everything was really just done really well. The bathroom was a pretty detailed job per my designer and they followed it completely. Everybody was really polite, clean, professional. I was really impressed and that is why I wanted to write the review about them because I was really impressed by their professionalism and follow-through after the job. They were calling all the time to be sure I was happy. I would really recommend then. I will definitely use them again.

The doors were delivered later than promised but while waiting David removed the original doors and prepared the doorway for the installation of the new doors. Once the doors arrived he worked steadily and with care to minimize the dust, debris and took great care in making sure that the job was done correctly. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and care for 'a job done right.'
