I took my mother into CompUSA after her PC crashed. Her computer was a little over 4 years old and not worth the cost to repair it, so she decided a new one was the way to go. I cannot believe how helpful these employees were to my mom. And there were so many store associates available for questions. This is a big difference from the past where you couldnt find anyone to ask questions or get help (in this particular store). Anyway, my mother walked out the door with a brand new computer and also upgraded to an LCD 19 monitor, and she is just thrilled with it. She even purchased one of their extended warranties, which they thoroughly explained to her in detail. We were both very happy with the experience.

THEY WERE VERY FAST- IT TOOK TWO DAYS TO GET THE COMPUTER BACK. HOWEVER, THEY ARE A BIT PRICEY, AND YOU MUST BUY THE PART THAT IS NEEDED BUT THEY DO GET THE JOB DONE.

THIS COMPANY HAD ITS TECHNICIANS LOOK AT MY COMPUTER AFTER THEY LISTENED TO MY VERY UNTECHNICAL EXPLANATION. THEY GAVE ME AN UNDERSTANDABLE DIAGNOSIS BEFORE REPAIRING THE PROBLEM.

THIS WAS A VERY WELL STRUCTURED CLASS. MUCH WAS LEARNED AND THE INSTRUCTOR WAS VERY EXPERIENCED AND PREPARED. AS A FIRST TIME STUDENT AT THIS FACILITY I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND WILL GO BACK TO TAKE ANY CLASS OFFERED.

I TOOK MY COMPUTER INTO THIS STORE AND WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT THE PATIENCE OF THE TECHNICAL PERSONNEL. MY COMPUTER WAS FIXED AND READY TO BE PICKED UP WITHIN THE TIME FRAME PROMISED.

COMPUSA IN MONROVIA TOOK THE TIME TO TROUBLESHOOT AND FIND THE PROBLEM THAT WAS CAUSING THE LAPTOP TO FREEZE. THIS WAS DONE QUICKLY AND SAVED ME FROM THE HIGHER COST OF SENDING IT OUT AND INCURRING NON WARRANTY COSTS.
