COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Los Angeles

Description of Work: He came out and cleaned my carpet and drapes. He cleaned the carpet on the spot and took the drapes to clean them. He returned a week later.

Description of Work: We had drapes cleaned throughout the house, three bedrooms and a masterbedroom and vanity area carpets cleaned, three chairs cleaned and eight dining room chairs reupholstered including putting in new padding. This all occured during and after a complete remodel of our downstairs area. Coit held our drapes for several weeks during the construction and also made a later service call to replace a draw cord on one of the drapes which had broken at no additional charge. Every one of the men were professional, polite and punctual. The reupholstery was more expensive than I had expected, but the quality and workmanship was excellent. Coit also went out of its way to return the dining room chairs in time for a party we planned at the last minute several days before the chairs were due to come back. We were extremely happy with the Coit services provided.

Description of Work: I used Coit in Monrovia, Ca the first time on 3/25/11. The first service was good although the representive was about 20 minutes late. I scheduled for a second appointment on 10/7/11. The apponitment time was suppose to be between 12pm and 2pm. At 2:30 I call the offices and they apologize, call their representative and tell me he will arrive between 3:30 and 4:30. At 4:40 no one has come or called again. I call again, they apologize and offer me 50% off . I reschedule for 10/12/11 between 1pm and 3pm. On this rescheduled day they eventually arrive at 4:30pm. Bottom line: They do a decent cleaning, but who has the time to wait around?
