COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Los Angeles

Tech arrive on time of appointment. Walk thru house was conducted on job site. Tech was very professional and love seat and sofa were made to look like new. Carpet was clean with attention made to bad spots. Overall the tech was very professional and completed job in a very timely manner. My only comment was the drying time which took about six to eight hours. Have had carpet done before with less drying time.

realizing that I had stains from pets that could not come out, I did notice that the provider did not even try to clean those areas with the obvious stains or that I pointed out! in the areas that had stains but much lighter the carpet looks clean; he could have at least scrubbed the areas with stains (as much as any other areas) so that they were clean although not stain free. along with set up and break down, he was not at my home for even 1 hour and 2 large rooms were being done

The two persons who rehung the drapes did not know what they were doing. They hung them backwards. I knew something was wrong, but not the reason. COIT had another person come and rehang them who knew what he was doing. However, the pleats would not fold properly. He told me that the drapes should never have been cleaned by dry cleaning/washing, that it removed the sizing. I will never have COIT clean my drapes again.

The person arrived within the window of arrival. He was very nice and professional. He explained what he was going to do and what to expect. He also explained about the after care.

Coit came out on short notice as an emergency call, that was the good part. But then began the hustle and scaremongering--ongoing, high-pressure, insistent, for a bunch of major additional work that, according to our long-trusted contractor (and ultimately lab testing) was unnecessary. it began when the worker gave a long (uninformed) pitch for how our house now had a "cancer" that would spread, toxic, throughout, forever. Next came the "contracts" from the company, emailed as though essential but full of scare tactics and vague commitments for us to use them. Followed by pressure sales call including warnings of potential major fines from the EPA! (this for a toilet overflow), and quickly followed by the assurance that our insurance would pay everything anyway so why not just do it!? I paid the bill and moved on. Yikes!

Everything went quite well. Drapes were taken down, marked, cleaned, and returned. Upon return, the drapes were placed back to their original position.

Was given a time window of 9-11. I told the scheduler that as close to 9 a.m. would be best as I had business I had to handle. She chuckled and said we'll see what we can do. By 11 a.m. - no sight of the representative. I called the office and told them to cancel as I could not wait any longer and that no one had bothered to call me. She said she had to call her guy right away in case he was en route so she could tell him not to come. Ten minutes later as I was getting ready to leave the man showed up. I informed him that they told me they were going to call him. That my time window was up and I had to go. He said, "I had the same window for three locations from Monrovia to here." No call - they've lost my business. I need to deal with businesses who show up when they say they will

Very prompt. Excellent customer service by technician including inspection, quote and cleaning. Protected areas used to extend hoses to carpet. Even assisted me putting on booties so I could inspect the job. Exceeded my expectations.

I have use Coit's services for 5 years for carpet and upholstery cleaning. I always request Dmitry. He is curious, professional and always does a great job. I called Coit to come clean my guesthouse lame are floors . You sent out Demetry to do them . , he didn't know how so we scheduled another appointment . Ramirez or someone like that name came out . I told them what to do and I left them unsupervised . He told me no one could be there so my contractors left as they were working there . I couldn't stay due to just having major surgery . I The next day the floor were filthy dirty and not cleaned . My Contractor saw them first and told me that they didn't clean anything . Not one room cleaned they just sprayed freshener around . I had my house keeper clean the entire place .and I watched her it was filthy it took her 2 hours .your people left after 1 hr. I cannot believe you would come out to my house and charge me what you did and not do your freaking job. I have been a customer for over 9 years with your company . WHAT a DISSAPPOINTMENT !! Makes me reconsider using your services .

They did a thorough job but I haven't noticed any difference. I have a small apartment & had a coupon for 40 percent off. I felt the price was high for what they did.

coit set up an appointment to clean my carpet and did not show up on that day. the appoint. was from 2-4 on 9/23. I called at 4:15 and was told I cancelled the appointment. which was not true. I was able to reschedule but at a time that was not convenient for me, I was told a time convenient for me could not be guaranteed. coit carpet cleaning was exceptional their tech are hard working and very professional , my carpets were cleaned perfectly. my problem was with management staff absolutely zero help with handling problems. there was not even an offer to solve the problem not a follow up call to check if everything was taken care of. have used coit for eight years will shop around next time.

Yuk.? I call Coit on the 16th and told them I wanted a representative from the company to come and look at the shades, they sent over Eric and he used one cloth rinsed it in the sink and it took him about 2 1/2 hours to mix it up some more.? We did not pay him anything not even our usual tip.? He did tell me he would never accept this type of job because it was too much work. Hum.? I have taken? pictures of the blinds but unless you widen the picture it does not show up too well.? I spent 3 hours the following week cleaning three shades, that is using vinegar water and rubbing and getting each blade not just selected ones and drying them as I go.? This is a big job and I have a very back? and am 81 years of age. I don't understand why they didn't call for another employee and then they could have done a half good job.? I called Coit on Monday 8/17 and told the receptionist I wanted my money back and she said to hold a moment and then said they would send me a check for half the amount I had paid. I am still waiting for the check.

Work crew were in a rush to complete the job and left sealing residue all over the interior tile floor. Called the supervisor and a second clean and sealing application was done at no cost - which was a positive response and helped resolve a poor experience.

We were having a lot of wallpaper removed and the walls painted so the drapes were down when they came to pick them up. ?As seems to be common with many projects we were not able to finish in a timely manner. ?We had several rooms torn up at the same time and the contractor would not focus on any one area and finish it so I had to keep calling Coit to reschedule their delivery. ?They were very kind and patient, every week when I would call and reschedule. ?I finally told them to put it on hold and I would call when we were ready. ?It was almost 5 months before I made that call and had them bring the drapes back. ?Because they weren't the ones that took the drapes down it was harder for them to figure out which panels went where but they succeeded. ?Every thing looks very nice and I am very pleased with their work. ?I have used them for years and will continue to do so.

Very bad. Items cleaned were extremely wet and took many days to dry.

Based on past experience, COIT should have alerted us to the possibility that washing oriental carpets with cotton fringes may not be a good idea. If the fringes are wool, there does not seem to be a problem. However, cotton fringes do not stand up well to their cleaning process. As a result, these fringes on several of the orientals we had washed have become ragged and are fraying..

I had my sectional sofa(8x10) cleaned the other night. My reason for getting it cleaned was because I found some stains across the top of the backside of one piece. The cleaner, who was very nice, told me that the stains would not come out and was surprised that the guys that came to price the job did not tell me when they were here. I was OUTRAGED to hear that. Had I known that was the case I would not have spent $250 to clean the sofa. I am retired and live on a fixed income. $250 is a great deal for me to spend ESPECIALLY when what i wanted to accomplish could not be done and it was known by the employee but NOT told to me. That's a h*** of a way to run a business by taking advantage of people and leaving them unaware. I shall tell everyone I know, and maybe even wrote to AARP, NOT to use your services. You should be ashamed!! HOW DARE YOU!! I did get a call from the local manager who asked me why I didnt when asked, stop the cleaning at that time. Well, part of the couch had been cleaned already. Stopping would have only made it look worse. That manager was more concerned about people reading what he called "not all truths" than he was about pleasing me, the customer. I wasn't even offered as much as an apology - he seemed to find it amusing. The guys who came to give me the estimate should have told me about the inability to remove the stains. they were more concerned about me not booking the job and lowered the cost from $290 to $250 to get me to book it.

Jesse Swann, called at about 11:45 am and had said they were done early from job before us and asked if he could come out early and it was no problem. They got here about 12:30 and left about 1:15ish. Very professional, they introduce themselves before entering the house. Counted the vents in the house and then checked the attic , I am going to assume the condition of ducting. His partner gave me 2 estimates 1- for 349.00 for basic cleaning and 1-for 449.00 for cleaning and santanizing for allergy and asthma peoples. I had done some research, so I was aware of how much this service was going to cost, we did the basic service. They got to work. They asked if they could put the truck in the driveway, they asked to use restroom before just assuming they could. They brought in corner protectors, and signs because of the large vacumnn hoses. They put everything back the way they found it. Jesse explained about what he was looking for in the attic about the ducting being plastic and brittle.I felt that Jesse was honest about the job and they didn't try to sell me anything else(which was great) Overall I was very happy with these young men , very professional and respectful of our home and our things.

Carpet technicians had to come back because the first time left many spots. My carpets were not especially stained but Coit couldn't get all of the spots out. The limestone didn't look much different after they cleaned it (for another $275) than it did before. After the work, the technician said the stone needs to be polished. Someone should have told me that before he started.

They restored my aging living set to a better looking trio. I had my sofa, loveseat, and arm chair cleaned. I also received a discount. I will definitely call them again for service. Ask for Saul, he did my work and was very professional.

Scheduling was great and?their punctuality?was very good.?The floors look very?nice now.

They were punctual. The guys were very nice. They were neat in cleaning up their mess. The price was so so. I doubt if I would use them again only because I think I can do better somewhere else.
