Description of Work: They cleaned my sofa and love seat and 2 sets of one draperies and 1 set of shears. They were great. The technicians who cleaned the sofa and love seat were on time, very professional and did a great job. The draperies and shears were removed and cleaned at their site. The technician explains how each would be cleaned , if shrinkage was possible and what to expect. Today the draperies and shears were returned and hung in record time. They look new again! I would recommend Coit to anyone.

Description of Work: Coit cleaned and rehung 5 sets of lined, linen drapes for very tall windows. The drapes were covered in cat hair from the previous owner, and they came back clean and good as new.

Description of Work: Cleaned 3 rooms with carpet. Two rooms were hardly ever used and they cleaned well. The family room has 3 year old carpet and the most dirt. The carpet was still noticeably dirty after it dried. We then called a different carpet cleaning company to try. They cleaned it to my satisfaction and it remains clean today.

Description of Work: Coit cleaned 35 feet of floor length draperies and 1200 sq feet of carpeting. They sent a supervisor to the house prior to the appointment and he inspected all areas and draperies, he suggested normal cleaning of the carpet, but suggested in home cleaning of the drapes because they are old and they may come apart if dry cleaned in the plant. We are satisified with the service

Description of Work: A new air conditioning system sprayed contaminants throughout the house. These guys did drapes and carpets. They rehung the drapes and did an excellent job with the carpets. The cost was less than any other estimate. They were professional and timely.

Description of Work: COIT was supposed to clean a lace curtain and a cotton liner. They adequately informed me that the curtain and or liner may fall apart, and the liner did. They then offered to sew a new one, quoted a price, to which I agreed. When they came to hang the curtain and new liner, they left before checking out that the curtains and the liner couldn't be closed or opened, and the pins were falling off onto the floor. It took a while to get them back and they removed the liner, claiming they sewed it too big, but they re-hung the lace curtain, and the pins were still falling out. I had to have it re-hung three times, they made appointments to rehang the liner then never showed up. When they finally showed up, they mistakenly believed that they were to be paid that day, which was not the arrangement I made with the office,so they refused to hang the liner, and took it back with them. In the meantime, they kept billing me, and dunning me for payment, even though the office said they would take care of it to make sure I wouldn't be billed until the services were complete. It was not until many phone calls, and final arrangements that were made that the liner was eventually hung and hung properly--and that was not until on April 20th, over two months after the initial bill was sent to me. And then immediately I received a bill saying it was being turned over to collections. I paid the bill, of course, because they completed their service, but I will never use them again, and I would recommend that no one else do so, either.

Description of Work: Called COIT to come and clean AC ducting, showed up as promised. Estimated duct cleaning would be $394little high but they were there and I said ok. Tech told me he was an expert and had done this for last 4 years. About 5 minutes after they start I see a giant mushroom cloud over my garden. I see the tech blowing out the filter with compressed air(which clearly states on it to not use compressed air-water clean only) and this cloud is covering my vegetable garden which is a week away from harvest. The rest of the cloud then gets sucked into my $190k motorhome w the windows open. At this point I tell the techs to roll up before they burn my house down. I immediately call COIT to explain what happened- COIT's managements reply was"I don't know what to say" so now I'm left with vegetables covered with dust an RV that will need to be washed/waxed inside and out, and a home full of AC dust w an asthmatic child. Whatever you do call any other company than COIT.
